The four finalists for Loveland Fire Rescue Authority chief bring different experiences to the job, but they agreed on one thing Monday: LFRA is going through some growing pains. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, at a public meet-and-greet at the Pulliam Community Building, Chris Ghiatis, Tobias Kirschke, Jaren Kilian and Paul Claflin talked about how they would lead LFRA through the challenges of a growing community, persistent financial pressures and internal upheaval following the contentious departure of former Chief Tim Sendelbach in March.
