A man is accused of throwing rocks at two Greeley police officers and their squad car. The Greeley Tribune reports Johnny Rivera faces second-degree assault charges in connection with the incident that happened earlier this month in an alleyway on the 1300 block between 7th and 8th avenues in Greeley.
