A Greeley mother is accused of trying to kill her 10-year-old son. Greeley Police said Susan Lucero stabbed her son and then herself at their home on the 200 block of 9th Avenue last Thursday. Both were hospitalized with serious injuries. Lucero was discharged and sent to the Weld County Jail, where she’s facing charges of attempted murder, assault, child abuse, and felony menacing.
