A man died after getting trapped in a machine he was working on in the 1500 block of Skid Steer Drive near Loveland on Monday morning, according to officials. The Loveland Reporter Herald reports the man who died was working on an earthmoving machine, a heavy-duty construction vehicle, when there was a failure that left him trapped within the machine, said Loveland Fire Rescue Authority Battalion Chief Eric Klaas. The identity of the man will be released at a later date by the Larimer County Coroner’s Office, he said.
