Loveland Marketplace Starts To Take Shape

Evergreen Development, a regional commercial real estate developer, and the Schmer family Wednesday broke ground for Schmer Farm Marketplace, a 29-acre shopping center at the southeast corner of U.S. 34 and Rocky Mountain Avenue in Loveland. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, the development will be anchored by a 122,000-square-foot King Soopers grocery store and fuel center.   The Schmer family partnered with Evergreen to transform a family-owned and operated farm into a community-focused retail destination while preserving the legacy of the land and its connection to Loveland’s history.

Work underway on Marketplace that will include King Soopers in east Loveland
