BOULDER, CO – A woman who went missing from a Boulder assisted living facility two weeks ago was found dead in a drainage canal. According to a news release Tuesday from the Boulder Police Department, Raquel Perkes was discovered partially submerged in the canal on Valmont Road Friday morning (Aug. 30). She was reported missing Aug. 18 from the Mesa Vista assisted living facility on Mesa Dr. Boulder County officials told the Daily Camera an autopsy will be conducted to determine how the 36 year old died, but foul play is not suspected. The investigation is ongoing.
