Windsor was named the 10th best place to raise a family in Colorado. A recent study ranked towns and cities in four categories: family life and fun; education, health and safety; affordability; and socioeconomics. Windsor ranked highest in education, health and safety, at third place, and lowest in socioeconomics, at 25th place.
