Timnath Beerwerks says its plans to buy another local brewery are more than just a draft, it’s happening. The company has reached an agreement to purchase Snowbank Brewing, located at 225 N. Lemay Ave. Owners say the deal will allow Timnath Beerwerks to increase its production capacity and streamline operations for both brands. The Coloradoan reports the agreement is expected to be finalized this summer, pending license transfer, and involves acquisition of the Snowbank Brewing brand and all other assets.
