A photo of the racist act, which first surfaced on Instagram and has now gone viral, shows several white CSU students posin in black face with a caption referencing Wakanda, the setting for the movie “Black Panther.” Colorado State University offials said they will not punish the group of white students, citing the First Amendment, according to multiple online media reports.
