New details are being released about the Union Colony Preparatory School teacher accused of dating a student. Authorities said, Christopher Adams-Wenger exchanged more than 41,000 text messages with one of his students during a six-month period, according to Weld District Court records. The 32 year old music teacher was arrested Friday on two counts of felony sexual assault, after an investigation revealed Adams-Wenger was having a sexual relationship with the teen girl, according to the affidavit, as reported at greeleytribune.com. Adams-Wenger remains in the Weld County Jail on $100,000 bond.
