UPDATE – THORNTON, Colo. — New details have been released about a shooting in Thornton. The Thornton Police Department said, officers responded to reports of shots fired near East 125th Place and Dexter Way just after midnight Sunday and two men were taken to a hospital with gunshot wounds. Police said Monday one of the men has died. The death is being investigated as a homicide, as reported at kdvr.com. Anyone with information about this fatal shooting is urged to call the Thornton police department.
