New details have emerged in connection to a months long undercover drug sting in Greeley. Greeley businessman and philanthropist, Alberto “Beto” Loya, was indicted in July by the Weld County grand jury on 62 counts related to operating a cocaine and marijuana ring. The grand jury indictment reveals where many of the alleged drug deals took place, including mulitple area businesses, as reported at greeleytribune.com, and also outlines more than a dozen times Loya allegedly sold to undercover officers from Oct. 2018, to April 2019.
