Boulder District Attorney’s Office facing sexual discrimination allegations

The Boulder County District Attorney’s Office is facing allegations of sexual discrimination. A former prosecuting attorney filed a complaint in federal court Monday alleging she was the victim of sexual discrimination and retaliation during her pregnancies while she worked as a district attorney. According to the suit, Nicole Mor was fired in 2017, about a month before her due date, which according to the complaint, goes against the “Family and Medical Leave Act,” as reported at FOX31.
