The Loveland Fire Rescue Authority Board unanimously approved a new board chair during their regular monthly meeting Wednesday afternoon, filling the vacancy left by Jeff Swanty’s resignation from the board in April. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, City Councilor Andrea Samson, who has served on the LFRA board since January, will now serve as the board’s chair. She was nominated by Vice Chair Paul Bukowski.
