Loveland City Council To Vote On Cluster Homes Land Use Tuesday

Loveland City Council will vote on a zoning and land use request that could bring nearly 200 cluster homes to a hillside along 14th Street Southwest. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, the property in question comprises 25 acres bordered on the west by South Colorado Avenue and on the east by the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe railroad tracks.   Kentro Group, the developer, is now proposing a clustered housing subdivision on the site, with 168 to 195 single-family detached and duplex units for rent, along with a pool, clubhouse and open space area. To serve the area, Southwest 16th and 18th streets would be improved and extended.
