A pair of homebuilders have finalized a deal to buy two parcels of land within The Ridge for a price tag of just over $12 million. According to the Loveland Reporter Herald, DR Horton Inc. bought a 20-acre parcel near East Weld County Road 18 and South Weld County Road 3E for $7.1 million and plans to build about 80 single-family lots. Journey Homes purchased a 20-acre property on Weld County Road 16 for $5.2 million and plans to build a multifamily project with about 378 units.
