Judge Considers Comments In Possible Plea Deal In Embezzlement Case

A potential plea agreement for the former Harrington Arts Alliance director accused of embezzling money is being pushed back, as a judge considers comments on the case.  The Loveland Reporter Herald reports Brittany Grim appeared before Judge Joshua Findley Monday morning during a hearing where it was anticipated she would enter into a plea agreement. But the judge then heard from the director of Northern Colorado Performing Arts, formerly HAA, who spoke at length and urged the judge to reject the plea deal for Grim.  Findley scheduled Grim to return at 11 a.m. April 22 for the remainder of the hearing.
