Fort Collins Man Gets Probation In Bathroom Incident At County Fair

10 years of sex offender intensive supervised probation for a Fort Collins man  in connection with an incident at the Larimer County Fair in August of 2023.  The Loveland Reporter Herald reports 33 year old  Carlos Juarez Martinez  was accused of cutting a hole into a portable toilet stall at the Larimer County Fair  last August and watching a six-year-old child use the bathroom.  He was caught after trying to flee by the  Larimer County Sheriff’s Office where he admitted doing the same thing at four other fair stalls.   He was charged with invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, a class 6 felony; and criminal mischief of $2,000 to $5,000, a class 6 felony. In late January he pleaded guilty to the invasion of privacy count.
