There’s a blueprint on the table in north Fort Collins to build apartments on a piece of vacant property. The parcel in question is at the corner of Linden and Willow streets and the Coloradoan reports Texas-based Realty Capital Residential has submitted preliminary plans to build 175 apartments with commercial space on it. A conceptual review is the first stage in Fort Collins’ development review process. Planners are expected to review the proposal Thursday. If the project progresses, it will eventually require an administrative review.
