The Windsor Police Department recently identified a suspect in a string of vehicle break-ins in the Harmony Ridge neighborhood and are asking the public for assistance. Any additional victims or anyone who may have video footage of any of the incidents is asked to contact investigators. Additionally, Windsor Police reminds residents to always lock your car doors and never leave valuables in plain sight. Residents can also help prevent vehicle break-ins and keep our neighborhoods safe by reporting any suspicious activity to the police immediately.
