It’s ten years of supervised probation for a man arrested for watching a child urinate in a portable toilet at last year’s Larimer County Fair. The Coloradoan reports 33 year old Carlos Martinez pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, a Class 6 felony. Martinez was arrested Aug. 7 after Larimer County Sheriff’s Office investigators say he cut a hole in a portable toilet stall at the Larimer County Fair and watched a 6-year-old child use the bathroom. Investigators found that a total of five portable toilet stalls at the fair had holes cut in them.
