Hydraulic fracturing for the upcoming ballot could be defined as anything and everything having to do with oil and gas drilling.  Cereal has declined the last couple of years but cereal companies are trying to reinvent themselves with breakfast bars.  Weld County Commissioner Sean Conway talks with us about taxes the oil and gas industry pays and where that money goes and the snow melt runoff this spring.  Jim Saulnier, The Retirement and IRA Show, gives us details for his show this Saturday.
