Tom thinks Devon should complain about someone going through her car when she got new tires yesterday.  Cosco is back tracking with Dinesh D’Souza’s book “America: Imagine the World Without Her” and is now putting the book back in its stores.  A kid tagged as being a cop killer, his family is trying to say the cop never should have gotten out of the car and it’s his fault he got shot.  10th circuit court has said same sex marriages are constitutional but does it apply to Colorado?

Hilary Clinton is still trying to defend her statements about being ‘dead broke’ after Bill left the White House.  Tidbits is about unusual instruments and Devon’s favorite-chocolate.  Lee Grant has a great book “I Said Yes to Everything” and she shares why she was ‘blacklisted’.  Ft. Collins mall developer has missed its first deadline and hasn’t signed up enough new tenants.

Gov. Rick Perry declined shaking hands with the President, the President caved to pressure and will meet with the Governor now.  A list of ten schools, the schools with the most discipline issues.  Chicago, the gun free city, had 82 people shot and 14 killed over the July 4th weekend.  Self-serve beer at the All-Star game sounds like a good idea to Tom.

World Cup game last night is kind of like the Super Bowl with the Broncos.  Man who fell asleep at Yankee’s game is suing ESPN for making fun of him.  Bob Beauprez is getting feedback from business executives to learn what needs to happen in Colorado to help get the economy growing.  Giving a veteran an upgraded plan ticket is great but looking for pats on the back is tacky.

President Obama and the Clinton’s don’t get along and rumors say Obama may be endorsing Sen. Elizabeth Warren as his successor.  GMO labeling could be on the ballot but it’s more of a suggestion.  An email question came to Tom and Devon and wanted our thoughts on adoption fees for animals at the Humane Society.  Healthcare targeting through your credit card purchases could be next.
