Tom and Devon feel Congressman Polis is using his money to influence the State Legislature and telling them how to vote during the possible special session.  Patrice Lee from IWF talks with us about regulations of Uber and Lyft.  Miguel Herrera, soccer coach of Mexico, took a photo with Tom Brady and tweeted it out.  Hersey’s is suing a marijuana company for coping their candy packaging.

Higher education is broken and Tom’s conference yesterday discussed this issue.  Connect for Health Colorado spent $10 million to sign up 8,000 people.  Is Calvin and Hobbes returning because Bill Watterson is helping to raise money for Parkinson’s.  An 89-year old Royal Army veteran snuck out of his care facility to attend the D-Day celebrations in France.  Obama was criticized by many French people on Twitter for being tacky with his gum chewing at the D-Day celebrations.

A girl is saved by dolphins and researchers following the dolphins pulled her out of the water.  Today is the 70th anniversary of D-Day, most of the individuals who served are 88-96 years old. President Obama has wanted to close Guantanamo Bay since his election, releasing 5 in exchange for Bergdahl is being seen as a step closer to closing it’s doors.  Beach Boys are coming to NoCo and Tom tries to find out if Devon would have dated him in high school with his Mustang.

Social media pre-nup is the new thing.  Protecting Colorado Values is a 527 group, leftist leaning, that has purchased TV ad buys for Republican primary commercials.  Loveland Mayor Cecil Gutierrez joins us to talk about the ballot moratorium, downtown redevelopment and summer activities.  Protecting Colorado Values commercials are on YouTube and Devon and Tom review them.
