Terms Reached In Loveland Lawsuit

An independent journalist who sued Loveland City Manager Steve Adams over an alleged physical altercation could be getting a six-figure payout in the case, if City Council approves a tentative settlement agreement on Tuesday. The Loveland Reporter Herald reports the city will issue a check to Fort Collins resident Stacy Lynne for $110,000, in exchange for dismissing the lawsuit and releasing Adams and the city from all future claims related to the matter.
