A man was killed after being shot by Larimer County sheriff’s deputies, who were serving a court-ordered eviction. Deputies went to a home on the 2300 block of West County Road late Thursday morning to evict the man, when they said he answered the door and pulled out a gun and pointed it at deputies. Police said the man refused to drop the weapon and was shot; he was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. No deputies were hurt in the incident. The Coloradoan reports this marks the seventh police-involved shooting in Larimer County so far this year. Read more at https://www.coloradoan.com/.
