The future of the former Hughes Stadium in Fort Collins is uncertain. Fort Collins City Council was set to vote on the split zoning on second reading Tuesday, but said they will hold off its final call on rezoning the 165-acre site until a city board has resolved a related ethics complaint, a news release states.
