It’s that time of year! Time to chop down your own Christmas tree. Permits went on sale recently. You can get one for $20 at recreation.gov. Trees are available for the cutting on the Northern Front Rage in either the Arapaho or Roosevelt national forests. In Larimer County, you can cut your own tree across most of the Canyon Lakes Ranger District.
