Mom Says Son Pricked By Needle At McDonald’s

A 6-year-old boy was pricked by a used hypodermic needle he found in the bathroom of a Longmont McDonald’s restaurant, his mother alleged in a newly filed lawsuit.  According to the Greeley Tribune, the boy emerged from the restroom holding the uncapped syringe during the June 2019 incident at the McDonald’s at 245 S. Main St., according to a complaint filed Monday by the boy’s mother, Robin Newman. Her son initially denied that he’d been poked by the needle, according to a Longmont police report, but later complained that his finger hurt.
