Fort Collins Skateboarder Left With Fractured Pelvis After Hit-And-Run At Crosswalk

A Fort Collins skateboarder is asking the public for help identifying a driver he says hit him while he was crossing an intersection earlier this month, leaving him with a fractured pelvis and unable to work for several months. 9News reports Tad Morin said he was skateboarding along his usual route near South College Avenue and Troutman Parkway around 8 p.m. Oct. 6 when he was struck by a vehicle while using a crosswalk.      According to Morin, the driver did not stop to help after the collision. Instead, he said, the vehicle continued through a nearby Target parking lot and left the area.
