Two men are facing charges that could result in a year or more of prison time after stealing a bronze statue from Glenmere Park and selling it for about $325, reports the Greeley Tribune. Danny Lovato, 47, and Devin Bueno, 35, were arrested in early September on suspicion of felony theft between $5,000 and $20,000, as well as criminal mischief charges, according to Colorado court records. Bueno faces an additional charge of giving a pawnbroker false information charges. State law sets a sentencing range of one to three years in prison for the felony theft charge the two men are facing.
