Upgrades to Colorado State University head into final phase this year

Upgrades to Colorado State University’s Lory Student Center will head into the final phase of constuction this year. The Master Plan, 20 years in the making, is designed to modernize the 1966-era building, including upgrading the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, a news release states. This phase of the project is expected to cost about $24 million, according to CSU officials. The project is expected to be completed next year.
