Loveland Man Detained By ICE Has Court Appearance For DUI Upcoming

A 29-year-old Loveland man is scheduled to appear in a Fort Collins court Wednesday on DUI and careless driving charges. However, he will be making that appearance from ICE custody following his arrest at his workplace Wednesday morning. Federal officials say the Mexican national entered the U.S. illegally as a child in 2005 and lacks work authorization. The ICE arrest came just hours after his initial court hearing for the July 31 traffic incident.
