If Company Plans Data Center In Loveland, Landowner Has No Knowledge Of It

Follow up on a story we told you about yesterday.

While a tenant or owner may eventually take possession of the former Woodward Inc. property at 3800 N. Wilson in Loveland, it’s not likely to be Spark AI Foundry, the company that BizWest reported Monday was working to establish a data center there. The Loveland Reporter Herald reports Martin Lind, who through his company Southgate One LLC owns the property, said today that the property is not leased and he has no idea who Spark AI might be.    Spark AI’s website touted three locations where it is developing data centers as part of a plan to create 20 linked data centers across the country.
