Traffic stop, attempt at theft land teen in jail twice

A routine traffic stop landed a Highlands Ranch teen in jail, twice. Nathaniel Neisler, 18, was booked into the Weld County Jail on a traffic offense and then released on bond, before being picked up an hour later for stealing from a parked car at the Weld County Motor Pool. He was re-booked for felony criminal trespass and is being held without bond pending his first appearance in Weld District Court.
