Johnstown-based Nadora Healthcare has acquired majority ownership of The Center at CenterPlace in Greeley and will manage the skilled-nursing facility. The Greeley Tribune reports the three-story Center at CenterPlace, 4356 24th St. Road, has 54 single-occupancy inpatient rooms, a physical-therapy gym, dining room, kitchen and activities areas. The 55,000-square-foot skilled-nursing and rehabilitation facility was completed in 2019.
