The 49th-annual Spring Clean-Up Weekend in Greeley is happening later this month at three locations across the city. From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 26-27, Greeley residents can dump household debris, appliances and scrap metal just west of North 11th Avenue and Saddle Club Drive, north of the Poudre River. A release from the city says organic materials will be accepted at the Greeley Organic Waste Center at 14th Avenue and A Street, and household hazardous waste can be dropped off at 1311 N. 17th Ave. Those who want to take part need to have a photo ID and be a resident.
