Man Faces 13 Felonies In Alleged Shooting Incident In Johnstown

13 felony counts face a man accused of shooting a man driving a Jeep in Johnstown with his two children in the vehicle. 67 year  old Charles Vivion is charged with attempted first-degree murder and nine counts of suspected felony menacing for threatening a group with the gun after the March 30 shooting, according to an affidavit for his arrest. The last felony charge is for suspicion of illegal discharge of a firearm.  The incident unfolded just after 6:30 p.m. March 30 on the 2100 block of Black Duck Avenue where the reporting party told police her husband had just been shot at by a man wearing an orange t-shirt, blue pants and a red hat.  Vivion was ultimately identified as the suspect and taken into custody.  He’ll be in court June 28th.
