Fort Collins gym under fire for remaining open after COVID closures

Fort Collins gym is under fire for remaining open against a statewide shutdown of non essential businesses due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A preliminary injunction against Maniacs Gym on S. Link Ln., filed April 1 by the Larimer County Department of Health has been granted. In the court document granting the injunction, a judge wrote that the gym remaining open presents a danger to the public and criticized them for taking up the health department’s time during a crisis, according to reporterherald.com.
