Blueprints For Larimer County Subdivision Approved By Planning Commission

A plan on the table to establish a 241 acre subdivision outside Berthoud got the green light from Larimer County officials  this week.  The blueprints call for  45 two-acre residential lots at the southeast corner of Larimer County Roads 4 and 24.    The Loveland Reporter Herald reports the Larimer County Planning Commission and the county’s Development Services Team recommended that commissioners approve the development as long as it included public connectivity through the property to the regional Little Thompson River corridor trail.
