Windsor Drive By Shooting Suspect In Custody

A drive by shooting Thursday afternoon in Windsor leads to the arrest of  the suspected gunman.  According to the Greeley Tribune,  39 year old  Kyle Bertsch  is the person behind an incident that happened just before 3 p.m. in the 600 block of Gyrfalcon Drive.   Bystanders reported an individual in a pickup fired four to seven rounds at a building in the area,  and two drivers traveling near Weld County Road 23 and Colo. 392 reported a man in a similar vehicle brandishing a firearm at them.  Police initially said they were searching for Bertsch, but at about 8:15 Thursday night, they issued a release stating he was in custody.
