A woman suspected of using a massage business as a front for prostitution in Fort Collins has been arrested. Fort Collins police first became aware of an alleged human trafficking ring operating inside 1720 West Mulberry Street last summer. Following a seven-month investigation, they arrested 51-year-old Qiaora Li of Fort Collins on charges of prostitution, pandering, pimping, and soliciting and maintaining a place of prostitution.
