Board Of Education Votes To Keep Controversial Book In Library

Greeley Central High School will keep a book on the library shelves that, in 2022, was put on a ‘ ban it’ list by more than 150 people.  Since it was purchased by the library in 2018, the book, “God of Small Things,” has only been checked out two times.  The Greeley Tribune reports the majority of the Greeley-Evans Board of Education voted at this week’s  meeting to uphold the District 6 Book Review Committee and the superintendent’s recommendation to keep  the book without any restrictions.
