Public hearing on oil and gas regulations set for Feb. 19

Oil and gas regulations topped talks at this weeks Larimer County Board of Commissioners meeting. Commissioners met with the Planning Commission and county staff Wednesday to discuss the second draft of land use regulations for the oil and gas industry in the county, and address citizens concerns about health impacts, as well as “nuisance” issues like odor and noise. The planning commission has tentatively set its first public hearing on the regulations for Feb. 19.
