A man is in the Weld County Jail after police say he shot his neighbor following a brief argument in Weld County near Longmont last month. 38 year old Gregory Minjares faces charges of attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault after shooting at his neighbor twice, striking him once in the chest, according to the Greeley Tribune, in connection with the December 18th incident in the 11000 block of Weld County Road 20.
