Colorado State, the University of Colorado Boulder, the University of Northern Colorado (UNC), and other state schools saw a 2% application bump during free application days. A total of 64,000 students applied during the fifth annual Colorado free application days in October, saving themselves $2.7 million in fees. The Greeley Tribune reports Colorado State saw the biggest boost with more than 11,000 applications followed by University of Colorado Boulder which saw more than 10,000 applications.
