Weld County is trying to incentivize residents to properly dispose of large items such as mattresses, couches and tables by offering large item disposal vouchers. The vouchers allow one free trip to the North Weld Landfill in Ault, Buffalo Ridge Landfill in Keenesburg or the Front Range Landfill in Erie. According to the Greeley Tribune, vouchers can be picked up at one of the following locations: Greeley Household Hazardous Waste Facility, 1311 N. 17th Ave., Dacono Household Hazardous Waste Facility, 5500 Colorado 52 or Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment, 1555 N. 17th Ave., Greeley.
