Teen charged in fatal Aurora crash that killed 12-year-old girl

A 15-year-old boy has been charged with a dozen felonies after he’s accused of causing a crash in Aurora that killed a girl and injuries eight others. The boy, whose case remains in juvenile court, faces one count of reckless vehicular homicide and eight counts of reckless vehicular assault as well as three counts of aggravated motor vehicle theft. The boy is accused of stealing a vehicle and driving it without a license. His vehicle contained eight other juveniles, including the 12-year-old girl who was killed. Many of the other kids faced life-threatening injuries.
