Loveland woman wrongly charged for being topless has won her case

LOVELAND, Colo. — A Loveland woman wrongly charged for being topless has won her case. The city agreed to pay 20-year-old Efrosini “Effie” Krokos $50,000 and drop all charges against her after she was tickted for indecent exposure while playing Frisbee with her breast exposed in her front yard Sept. 26, which her attorney argued violated her constitutional rights, as reported at kdvr.com.
