Fort Collins could become a hub for climate change solutions. A proposed climate research center in north Fort Collins faces a crucial hearing this week. The Coloradoan reports Powerhouse 2 goes before the city’s planning and zoning commission Thursday as it seeks to build a slightly higher than permitted building in the city’s technology corridor.
