An ex-Greeley Central High School teacher has pleaded guilty to a charge of sexual exploitation of a minor. In exchange for his plea, the Greeley Tribune reports 58-year-old Ken Magruder won’t see additional prison time. He will have to register as a sex offender for three year and is barred from using the internet. He’s also been barred from having any contact with children, including his own children and grandchildren, unless another adult is present. Magruder was arrested by Greeley police in April at the school after an investigation into child porn possession following a tip from Yahoo.
